Under the Disability Act 2005, the Central Statistics Office (CSO) has appointed Access Officers to assist people with disabilities in accessing CSO services and information.
Access Officers act as a point of contact for accessibility-related queries and requests. They can provide information about accessibility supports, alternative formats and available assistance.
Please send any Access Request to us using the contact details listed below. Your request will be assigned to the most appropriate Access Officer, who will work with you to identify and address your access requirements.

If you believe that the CSO has failed to comply with certain provisions of the Disability Act 2005, you may make a complaint to the Inquiry Officer.
The Inquiry Officer is responsible for examining complaints in accordance with the procedures set out in the Disability Act 2005.
Where possible, we encourage users to contact an Access Officer first to seek assistance in resolving an accessibility issue before making a formal complaint.
